Returns & Exchange Policy

Due to the intimate and hygiene-sensitive nature of designer imitation jewelry, as well as the high craftsmanship involved, we follow a strict and fair return policy to maintain product purity.

• Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

  • We accept returns or exchanges ONLY if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • To claim an exchange for a damaged product, an uncut, continuous opening/unboxing video is strictly mandatory.

• Return Request Window: You must report any damage or discrepancy within 48 hours of receiving the order by emailing us with your Order ID and unboxing video.

• Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products purchased during clearance sales or special exhibition offers.

  • Custom-made or customized necklace sets.

  • Items returned without original luxury packaging, tags, or showing signs of wear/alteration.

• Refund Process: Once the returned item passes our quality inspection, store credit or a replacement will be issued within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds to the original payment source are issued only if a replacement is out of stock.
